Instructions as to your rights of revocation according to § 355 GERMAN CIVIL CODE (BGB)

§ 1 Right of revocation

You are entitled to revoke your declaration of contract within two weeks without giving any reasons in writing (e.g. letter, telefax, E-mail) or by returning the object of purchase. The time limit shall commence no sooner that upon receipt of these instructions. In order to keep the time-limit for revocation, it shall be considered sufficient to send your declaration of revocation or, respectively, return the object of purchase in due time. § 2 Consequences of revocation

In case of an effective revocation any performance received by either side shall be returned and, if applicable, any use made of it (e.g. interest) shall be surrendered. If you are not able to return the performance received, neither in full nor partly, or only in a deteriorated state, you have to render, if applicable, compensation for the value. In the case of delivery of objects, the above shall not apply if the deterioration of the object can be traced back exclusively to object examination – as it would have been possible, for example, inside a real shop. Besides, you can avoid becoming obliged to compensation for the value, if you abstain from using the object as if it was your own property and if you omit all actions which might impair its value. Objects which cannot be sent by parcel have to be returned to us to our cost and risk. You have to fulfil your obligations for reimbursement of payments within 30 days following the sending of your declaration of revocation.
